About the Role
Coordinate a diverse portfolio of events, ensuring they are delivered to a consistently high standard and within agreed timelines.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure each event runs smoothly and efficiently.
Provide professional and consistent support during events, including occasional evening and weekend commitments.
Oversee event budgets, contracts and invoicing, maintaining accurate financial and administrative records.
Support the development and implementation of event policies, guidance and best practices across Hartpury.
Maintain effective event management systems and reporting tools to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Promote the Event Services function externally, encouraging, cost-effective, high quality and strategically beneficial events at Hartpury.
Uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance and inclusivity in all aspects of event planning and delivery.
About You
Proven client-facing experience, working with a range of stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong communication skills, with confidence in liaising at all levels
The ability to work independently, taking ownership of projects from planning through to delivery
Proficiency in relevant event management systems and software
A professional and flexible approach, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
