About the role

As a Commercial Finance Graduate, you'll work closely with the Head of Commercial Finance and the wider team to deliver insightful analysis and support key financial processes. This is more than just a numbers role - you'll help shape the future of our global business through budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

What you'll be doing

Deliver monthly reports on Operating and Capital Expenditure. Assist with ad-hoc analysis for the Head of Commercial Finance. Support the Sales Commission Scheme with data and query management. Contribute to the annual budget and biannual forecasts, offering respectful challenge. Help refresh JATO's 3-Year Strategic Plan with analytical input. Collaborate with Commercial Finance Business Partners on various projects.

What you'll bring

A strong academic background with a University degree (Finance, Economics, Business, or related field), A foundational understanding of management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and navigate ambiguity.
