A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:

• A professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
• Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
