• Provide financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.

The successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:

• Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
• Solid understanding of industry financial practices - ideally within retail, FMCG, logistics but not essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering financial insights to drive business performance.
