Rocialle Primary Care this includes Dene Healthcare and MidMeds, both of which were acquired in recent years to improve Rocialle's offering to the healthcare sector.

Practicecare is dedicated to supplying GP Practices and other medical service providers with the products and services they need to ensure patient care is delivered to a high standard.

Job Purpose:



As a Commercial Framework lead you will manage the tender/quote process from initial customer contact through to tender/quote submission. Identify and work on tender/quote opportunities and submissions across Rocialle, managing the compilation, of product, pricing and addressing queries from both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Management of compilation and accuracy of tender, quote and costing process documentation from initial product specification. Investigate and support tender/quote opportunities across the Organisation, with submission of supporting business case preparation. Creation of documentation and standard operating procedures based on tender/quote requirements. Involvement of new product development and innovation within the range through the New Product Development process, incorporating the co-ordination of the gateway process. Ensure effective collaboration with other internal departments - Customer Services, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Planning and Production to ensure accuracy of specification information produced. Administration of the customer files - ensuring all paperwork is accurate, efficiently circulated, completed, and filed within database and logs. Review and standardise component offering list to commercial and the wider business. Understand and improve the product portfolio process including the sourcing of new products.

Essential Skills/Knowledge Requirements:



Knowledge and understanding of the medical device sector. Excellent attention to detail. Strong numerical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organised with the ability to work to strict deadlines.

Experience:



Min of 5 years' experience within the Medical Industry.

Education Qualifications and Training:



Proficient in Microsoft packages, including L2 excel.

Personal Qualities:



Proactive Capable of working with all levels of staff with minimal guidance. High integrity, dependable and trustworthy.
