Sales & Commercial Growth Lead - Isle of Bute Distillery

1. Engage Current Listings
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing stockists and customers.
Deliver activation materials and product training to venue staff to ensure brand knowledge and upsell confidence.
Act as the primary point of contact for trade customers, providing timely support and product information.
2. Drive New Sales
Identify and approach new on-trade and retail opportunities, locally and nationally.
Proactively grow the customer base by introducing Isle of Bute Distillery products and securing new listings.
Support wider commercial expansion by tapping into new regions and market segments.
3. Support Promotions & Visibility
Help venues promote Isle of Bute spirits through menu placements, point-of-sale displays, and promotional activity.
Increase product visibility and drive rate of sale through targeted activations and brand presence in venues.
4. Monitor Sales Performance
Track and report on sales data, customer feedback, and overall account performance.
Use insights to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements.
4. Manage E-commerce & Amazon
Oversee and optimise Amazon and Shopify channels, including product listings, inventory, pricing, advertising, and customer service.
5. Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with the production team to ensure alignment between demand and supply.
Use the brand home at Bute Yard as a base for hosting tastings, training sessions, and industry events.
Collaborate with the marketing and brand team to support campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal pushes.
6. We're looking for someone who:
Has experience in drinks, FMCG, or a fast-growing consumer brand
Is confident managing both physical and digital sales environments
Understands e-commerce tools and platforms (especially Amazon Seller Central, Shopify)
Is results-driven, self-starting, and comfortable taking initiative
Enjoys representing a brand in trade and consumer-facing environments
Has a driving license and is open to travel

Have worked with amazon, shopify, Canva
Have a passion for whisky, spirits, or premium drinks
