Sleaford Building Services are looking to recruit a commercial gas / heating /plumbing engineer for our fast-growing small works department. The successful candidate will be central in helping to deliver a 1st class reactive maintenance service to our growing client portfolio.

Remuneration is dependent on experience and qualifications, but a very competitive package is available for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

Testing, servicing, and repairing commercial gas boilers heating plant FCUs & hot and cold-water systems. General plumbing/heating installation & repairs within a commercial -industrial environment.

Education, Training and Qualifications

City and Guilds Heating and Plumbing qualifications Commercial gas qualification Unvented hot water qualification (desirable)

Knowledge and Skills

Flexibility in working arrangements Ability to promote the company through first-class customer service Excellent organisation and time management skills Maintain a positive, can-do attitude Previous experience working within a similar role/environment
