Acemark Glazing Ltd is a fast-growing and ambitious specialist in commercial and high-end residential window and door installations across the UK. We are now seeking an experienced and proactive Installation Manager to take ownership of all on-site operational delivery -- ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to an exceptional standard.
The Role
As Installation Manager, you will be the driving force behind day-to-day installation operations. You will manage teams of fitters across multiple sites, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest level of workmanship.
Responsibilities
? Oversee all on-site installation operations across commercial and residential projects
? Coordinate daily labour and ensure fitting teams are equipped with all tools and materials required
? Conduct site visits and liaise with main contractors and site managers for progress sign-offs and handovers
? Ensure snagging work is identified, tracked and resolved promptly
? Maintain and enforce best-practice Health & Safety at all times
? Monitor installation quality and escalate issues where required
? Support scheduling and planning to optimise productivity and resource allocation
? Build strong and reliable relationships with clients and fitting teams
Experience & Skills Required
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in the windows/doors industry or similar construction installations
Confident managing teams and multiple live sites
Highly organised with strong planning and communication abilities
Quality-driven with a keen eye for detail
Comfortable dealing with contractors, site managers and end-clients
Knowledgeable in Health & Safety procedures and site compliance
