We're seeking ambitious, driven, and business-minded graduates to join our

Commercial Graduate Scheme in 2026

Fresh Pork site in Ballymena

. In this role, you'll gain

hands-on experience in operational manufacturing

while supporting key B2B accounts.

You'll work closely with production, quality, and commercial teams to develop and deliver strategic plans that harness data, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships across UK and international food markets.

About the Commercial Graduate Programme

Our Commercial Graduate Programme offers a

unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of both operational and commercial aspects

of our business. Based at our Ballymena Fresh Pork site, you'll work alongside high-profile retail account teams and gain exposure to

manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, and market-facing commercial projects

. Over the two-year programme, you'll undertake meaningful projects that shape the future of our pork business, supported by guidance from our commercial and operational leadership teams.
