As a

Commercial Graduate

, you will work in our busy Industrial & Commercial section, focusing on resolving complex invoicing problems, working with complex data and working with our valued Industrial and Commercial customer base.

You will be supported within your team and put through formal training alongside learning through doing the role. These posts are for applicants with confidence and initiative as well as the maturity required to take responsibility and make decisions and be confident of their own abilities and potential.

What you'll be doing

Process and manage customer billing activities accurately and efficiently, ensuring all billing data is captured and processed in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service to our customers, taking responsibility in managing high value commercial account portfolios Review and improve existing billing processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and streamlining. Maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate on key projects aimed at enhancing the billing function and broader business operations.

What you'll bring to the role

Good undergraduate degree (or equivalent), ideally with postgraduate qualifications, with up to 2 years' experience - degree discipline should be in a highly numerate subject A keen eye for detail, with the ability to spot discrepancies and improve processes.
