What will my responsibilities be?

The Commercial Graduate will contribute to the development and delivery of TfW projects within the Commercial Directorate. They'll rotate across relevant business areas, to develop a broader understanding of their directorate's operations.

Are there any essential requirements?

A degree/Apprenticeship degree in a relevant area such as Business Studies, Business Management, Operations Management or similar. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to form positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated alignment to our core graduate attributes and values, which can be found below.

Please note, to be eligible for our Graduate Scheme, you must be within 2 years post-graduation upon application or have graduated by the time the scheme begins. You'll need to be available to start the Graduate Scheme in early September 2026.

Welsh Language Skills
