Reporting to: Head of Procurement

Hours of Work: 7-4 Monday to Thursday, 7-3 Friday

We're looking for a proactive and ambitious Commercial Graduate to join our structured

2-year Graduate Programme

. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience across multiple commercial functions, develop core skills, and build the foundation for a successful career in commercial management.

What You'll Do:

Support the Buyer and Procurement Administrator with day-to-day tasks Rotate through placements in Purchasing, Subcontractor Management, Logistics, and Supplier Relationships Gain insight into sourcing, negotiation, and managing suppliers Learn how we keep projects moving from order to delivery Build knowledge of UK and international logistics, import/export, and incoterms

What We're Looking For:

A recent graduate in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace A proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
