We are a quality focused asphalt surfacing contractor working across the South and Central UK.

We are currently looking for graduates with a passion for the Construction environment. We are open to considering people with a broad range of degree subjects, but would love you to be able to evidence a passion for being out and about as well as being able to work in the office, and an interest in asphalt surfacing. We need to know you are numerate with great communication skills as our graduates will be working directly with our client base.

You need to be based within commuting distance of our office in South Oxfordshire. The role will predominantly be based in the office approximately 80% of the time with 20% spent on site visits. As regular site visits are required, a driving licence is essential. A company vehicle will be provided after a satisfactory probational period. We work across the whole of the South East, so site visits could range anywhere, from Wiltshire, down to the Kent Coast or into Central London.

Our Commercial Graduates work closely with our client to understand their needs, creating competitive and profitable estimates to ensure contracts are secured and undertaken safely, on time and on budget. We look to build long term relationships with all of our clients and for this reason we have a high rate of repetitive business. Our graduates are also responsible for targeting new contracts and will work to bring new clients to the business. This isn't a hard sales role though, with a focus more on your technical understanding of how a job is priced using first principles. This is done through your solid understanding of how we operate as a business, understand each individual job, the different types of materials used and the overall on site operations. Your success would hinge on your ability to build and maintain relationships.

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
