Team Leader - Grounds Maintenance (New National Contract)

The Role

Due to the award of a large new contract with a national company, we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to lead a small, dedicated team managing this account.

The sites are typically located in business parks and industrial areas in and around the M25 and require year-round maintenance to the very highest standards. Duties will include maintaining car parks, hedges, small grassed areas, and other typical external features found on commercial sites.

Requirements

Minimum

4 years' experience in Grounds Maintenance

Previous

team leadership or supervisory experience

preferred

PA1 & PA6 certificates essential

Confident driver (sites located within the M25) Willingness to work

early starts: 05:30 - 13:30

High attention to detail and a strong work ethic Professional attitude and commitment to excellent standards

Pay: 28,500.00 per year
