Commercial & Industrial Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the budget and ensure achievement of turnover targets.
Lead and oversee sales activities related to the Industrial Division's product lines.
Perform regular sales analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct ongoing market research, including competitor analysis.
Handle negotiations and the preparation of commercial offers.
Promote, develop, and expand sales of the Company's
Commercial & Industrial
(C&I) product range.
Strengthen market presence and brand visibility.
Develop a strong network of installers and EPC across the region.
Prepare the commercial budget and monitor turnover trends to ensure alignment with set targets.
Identify and implement new commercial initiatives tailored to market needs.
Lead and coordinate a team of sales professionals to support business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
Successful & experienced in Sales and Business Development
Availability for frequent business trips
Experience in Data Center & Capacity Markets
Ability to work independently and drive projects with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 55,000.00-65,000.00 per year
