The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Commercial Account Executive
to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your own client portfolio while developing your career towards more senior roles within the business, supported closely by senior management.
We are looking for candidates with significant experience in the UK insurance market (typically 5+ years), with relevant knowledge of FCA regulations and UK industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage your own portfolio of commercial insurance clients
Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing tailored insurance solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction
Proactively manage policy renewals to maximise retention
Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries and claims
Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services
Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and market developments
Consistently achieve and exceed agreed performance targets
About You
Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive with a successful track record of managing a client portfolio
Strong knowledge of the commercial insurance market
Passionate about delivering outstanding client service
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using insurance CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for client meetings
