What You'll Do:
Build rapport and develop strong relationships with prospective clients over the phone.
Work through a warm pipeline using our CRM and dialler system to meet daily activity and sales KPIs.
Understand client business needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Clearly explain policy features, terms, and benefits in a way clients can easily understand.
Spot opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional cover where appropriate.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.

Who You'll Work With:
You'll report directly to the New Business Team Leader, with monthly 1-1s to support your growth. A dedicated Training & Compliance Team will guide you through a comprehensive 6-week induction and ongoing development sessions, ensuring you have the tools to succeed.
