Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Conduct thorough analysis of clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored recommendations. Negotiate terms and premiums with insurance providers on behalf of clients. Manage the sales administration process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Utilise effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the insurance purchasing process. Engage in telemarketing activities to promote services and generate leads. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly. Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable. Proficient analytical skills to assess client needs effectively. Experience in sales administration processes is advantageous. A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
