With a strong reputation for providing exceptional service to clients, they are now seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Commercial Insurance Broker to join their expanding team.

The Role

• Manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, including SME, mid-market, and larger cases (100k+ premiums).
• Support senior executives and contribute to the development of best practices across the business.
• Handle multiple classes of insurance including liability, property, business interruption, fleet, and contract works.
• Negotiate effectively with insurers to obtain the best possible terms and cover for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service and communication.
• Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.

About You

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial broking role.
• Proven experience handling larger, more complex commercial cases.
• Strong working knowledge of Acturis.
• Exceptional broking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Cert CII essential, DIP preferred.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ambition to make an impact in a growing business
