Commercial Catering/ Laundry Engineer

At Millers UK we are the first point of contact for our clients when it comes to all aspects of their laundry & catering needs. We offer everything from service & maintenance to sales and Installation.

We are looking for a candidate that already has experience in the below mentioned sectors:

Gas Appliance Engineer White Goods Engineer Catering Equipment Engineer
The candidate would be an enthusiastic, hard working and experienced engineer with time served in the laundry and catering equipment field who we would welcome to join our longstanding team.

Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Catering/ Laundry Engineer

Equipment Maintenance:

Install, maintain, and repair laundry & catering equipment such as ovens, grills, refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, and ironing machines. Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any issues with Catering & Laundry appliances.
Troubleshooting:

Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime. Diagnose and fix technical problems in a variety of catering & laundry equipment.
Installation:

Install new catering & laundry equipment, ensuring that it meets safety and performance standards. Interpret technical drawings and specifications for proper equipment placement.
Safety Compliance:

Understand and adhere to safety regulations and guidelines in the catering & laundry industry. Participate in safety training programs to ensure a safe working environment.
Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and installations. Create reports documenting the condition of catering equipment and recommendations for improvements.
Customer Interaction:

Communicate effectively with clients regarding equipment usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Driving license (Preferably clean) Previous catering & laundry experience
