We are looking for a talented
Commercial Solicitor (2-3 years PQE)
to strengthen our commercial team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial matters, supporting a wide client base from SMEs to larger corporates.Key Responsibilities
Advising on commercial contracts, terms of business, and shareholder agreements Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements Supporting clients on regulatory, compliance, and risk management issues Providing practical, business-focused legal advice Developing relationships with existing and new clients
About You
2-3 years PQE with experience in commercial law Strong drafting and negotiation skills Ability to manage a varied workload with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal and client management skills Commercial awareness and a solutions-driven approach
