We are currently looking for a motivated and professional
Part-Time Lead Generator
to support the continued growth of our commercial insurance portfolio. If you enjoy speaking to people, are well-organised, and want a role where you can make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Commercial Lead Generator, you'll play a key role in identifying and engaging with prospective commercial clients. Working closely with the Agents and Sales Executives, you'll build a pipeline of opportunities by reaching out to local businesses, gathering information, and booking appointments for the team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in customer service, telesales, or insurance, looking to work flexibly in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify prospective commercial clients across the local area
Make outbound calls and send introductory emails to decision-makers
Engage in professional conversations to uncover needs and qualify interest
Arrange appointments for the Sales Executive or Agent to follow up
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using our CRM system
Follow up on marketing campaigns, referrals, and lapsed clients
About You
Confident communicator with a polite and professional telephone manner
Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, customer service, or a similar role
Insurance industry experience (preferred but not essential)
Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organised
Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Strong attention to detail and competent with basic IT systems
Hold a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 9-5 (or equivalent), including Maths and English. or be able to demonstrate the relevant work experience.
