As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Lead Generator to join our Mortgage Team and contribute to our success.

Fully remote role with base salary + bonus.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate quality leads for the Mortgage Team through various channels, including but not limited to outbound calls, email campaigns and online platforms Expected outbound call volumes of 100-200 generating ~20 Appointments per day Engage with potential customers to understand their mortgage needs and deliver a viable appointment opportunity to a Mortgage Expert Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, managing and tracking leads in our CRM system. Collaborate closely with the Mortgage Team to provide them with high-quality leads and ensure a smooth transition of leads to the sales team. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively communicate with prospective customers

Requirements:

Previous experience in lead generation or a related role, preferably in the mortgage industry or financial services sector but not essential Proven track record of successfully generating leads and meeting or exceeding targets Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively convey the value proposition of mortgage services offered Proficient in using CRM systems and lead generation tools to manage and track leads effectively. Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining lead records and reports. A positive and professional attitude, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Shift based hours between 9am-8pm (39 hours) based on business needs
