Job Description

On behalf of The Home Office, we are looking for x2 Commercial Leads (Inside IR35) for a contract to run up until 31/3/26, hybrid with 2-3 days in London, Croydon, Liverpool or Manchester and the remainder working from home.

As a Commercial Lead, your main responsibilities will be:

Lead re-procurement and BAU contract delivery for all assigned contracts Ensure governance and compliance across role-based profession contracts Manage supplier relationships and performance Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and economies of scale

Essential:

Public Sector procurement experience within digital environment Experience of leading large complex procurements under CCS Technology Frameworks Contract management experience, managing both contract and statement of works Navigating central Government governance and spend controls MCIPS qualified SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.

Desirable:

PC2015 PA23 trained Familiarity with Digital outcomes and specialists (DOS) or Digital Specialists and Programmes (DSP) Frameworks
