Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Solicitor to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial law and demonstrate excellent communication skills. As a Commercial Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to clients on various commercial matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

Responsibilities

Commercial lease renewal Lease assignments Lease Rent Reviews Buying Leasehold Businesses Dilapidations Claims Selling a Business Licence for Alterations in Leases Selling an Existing Lease Buying an Existing Lease Provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts, agreements, and transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial documents. Conduct legal research to support case preparation and client inquiries. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions. Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolutions as necessary. Stay updated on changes in legislation affecting commercial law. Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive legal support across the organisation. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case developments.

Requirements

Qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate with a minimum 2 years of PQE. Strong knowledge of commercial law principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly. Proficiency in IT systems and legal software applications for efficient case management. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and advice.

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
