About the role

The primary function of the role will be to support the Commercial Letting Manager to drive and deliver the commercial strategy and income target, provide the central administration of all commercial bookings, managing availability, maintaining service levels and building relationships with language school group clients, study group clients and other group customers.



The Administration Assistant will provide information and guidance service to students, visitors and staff on matters relating to commercial bookings, to include availability, pricing and service levels. They will represent UCL Commercial depart at trade shows and exhibitions to promote the service and facilities available at UCL.



The Administration Assistant will provide a high level of customer service to all commercial guests and students, and will ensure that the highest level of customer service is maintained as well as acting as a role model for excellent service delivery.

Please note this is a hybrid role, with the expectation that at least three days a week will be spent in our London offices.




About you

To do this job you'll need:
Previous experience in a similar customer facing role Previous experience in an administrative role Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to build relationships internally and with third party suppliers Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage own time effectively, prioritising tasks when required, multitasking and meeting deadlines Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing and demonstrate an objective, professional and calm approach when handling difficult situations To be able to offer flexibility in working hours
