Job Description


I\'m working with a highly regarded firm who are looking to add an experienced Senior Sanctions lawyer to join their successful team.

You would sit within the Commercial and Corporate Disputes team but would work closely with other colleagues around the firm.

In this role you will be required to advise on a full range of disputes.

You will represent clients in High Court litigation, international and domestic arbitration and assist clients on ADR.

The team handles a broad range of disputes but has particular expertise in banking and financial services litigation.

International City firm|Highly regarded disputes team

The successful candidate will have been qualified for a minimum of 5 years in England & Wales and will have over 3 years experience in advising clients on sanction matters.

You will also be required to have experience in:

  • Shareholder disputes
  • Banking and finance disputes
  • Regulatory and enforcement sanctions
The client is a leading law firm who is headquartered in London but has 8 offices across Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

They have close to 200 partner worldwide and a large number is highly ranked individuals within their ranks.
