Commercial Litigation Legal Director/Partner - Birmingham (Hybrid)-Competitive salary: 90,000-120,000+

My client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Legal Director to join a top 150 law firm in Birmingham, working as part of a national team of 10. About the Role:

The team handles a broad and engaging range of commercial disputes, specialising in complex and high-value litigation, including: Company and shareholder disputes, including breaches of Share Purchase Agreements, derivative claims, and unfair prejudice petitions Contract disputes. You will have the opportunity to work on significant, high-profile cases and contribute to the strategic growth of the practice, working closely with the lead partner and acting as the number two in the department.
