Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our evolving team. This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The role involves managing commercial energy dispute cases from inception to resolution, drafting legal documents, advising clients, conducting negotiations and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Collaboration with other legal teams and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of energy sector litigation trends will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications & Skills

1-5 years PQE Background in Commercial Litigation Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team
