Kall Kwik Bury St Edmunds, part of the UK's leading business design and print network, has an exciting opportunity for a

Commercial Manager.

Based at our office in Bury St Edmunds, and covering the area of Suffolk, you will drive sales by developing new and existing clients and by delivering excellent customer service.

Kall Kwik offer a full range of design, print, web design services to companies large and small. In addition, we offer branded workwear and promotional products, providing our clients with a one-stop solution to all their branding, marketing and print requirements.

About you

You'll be an approachable, organised professional who enjoys building rapport and seeing projects through from start to finish. You'll bring both commercial awareness and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve great results.

Key duties will include:

Selling the company's full product range which includes print, graphic design, web design, workwear and promotional products. Sourcing new business, developing existing accounts and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers. Achieving agreed sales targets Producing estimates and proposals with a strong commercial focus Maintaining accurate records on sales activity and business leads Provide regular updates and commercial insights as part of the management team

Key skills and experience

Experience in a commercial, account management, or business development role (preferably in print, design, or marketing services) Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities A proactive mindset with the confidence to identify and act on new opportunities Experience in prospecting, following up on leads and converting into sales You need to hold a clean driving license and have access to your own car

This position is an office and field based role.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm.
