We source premium second-hand and liquidation stock from the UK and overseas and resell it through leading online marketplaces such as Whatnot, Vinted, and Fleek.
Our focus is sustainable fashion, operational efficiency, and expanding our commercial partnerships.

The Role

We're seeking an organised and commercially-minded

Commercial Manager

to lead our purchasing and sales strategy, manage supplier relationships, and support the next stage of company growth.
You'll work directly with the Director to improve profitability, streamline operations, and build the WXY brand across multiple e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement commercial plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Negotiate supplier contracts and bulk-purchase deals for vintage and branded stock. Monitor pricing, inventory turnover, and marketplace performance. Identify new B2B and wholesale opportunities. Analyse financial data and prepare commercial performance reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, trading standards, and GDPR.

Skills & Experience

Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or Commerce, Accounting. Experience in sales, purchasing, or commercial management. Strong negotiation and supplier-relationship skills. Good knowledge of online retail platforms and logistics. Excellent communication and analytical ability.
