Commercial Manager





Team Swift are recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join our Sales Team here at Swift Group. This is an exciting and dynamic role newly introduced to support the commercial team in achieving ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running to add value to the sales operations.



The ideal candidate will be a commercial generalist with a broad range of skills to enhance the success of the sales team.



Reporting in to the Head of Sales - Holiday Homes, you will have the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment renowned for innovation, quality construction, stylish design and outstanding value!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES



Liaise between Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution of commercial activity. Carry out research by visiting key stakeholders across the UK. Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to: Identify new business opportunities Inform product improvements and innovation Evaluate markets for growth potential
Conduct ongoing price and product portfolio analysis. Lead commercial input into new product development initiatives and represent the voice of the customer in internal strategy discussions. Support in the development and execution of marketing plans. Attend national exhibitions in both a set-up and a brand ambassador capacity. Develop and deliver training materials that clearly articulate brand values, product benefits and market positioning. Document sales pipeline development, track performance across product portfolios and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist in ad-hoc sales support tasks and cover for the sales team's scheduled annual leave. Undertake business development for the company's glamping proposition. Actively support and champion our Team Swift ethos and EPIC core values. Be familiar with, and adhere to, company policies and procedures. Meet your health & safety responsibilities and co-operate with management to achieve a healthy and safe workplace, taking reasonable care of yourself and others.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE



A degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management or similar. Strong commercial awareness. Willingness and ability to work away from home when required. Pro-active and the ability to work well under pressure to achieve deadlines Good problem solving skills being able to analyse problems and establish the root cause providing robust solutions High level of accuracy in work and strong attention to detail Flexible, adaptable, enthusiastic and motivated Strong verbal & written communication skills * Experience working with D365 would be desirable.
