Overview:

Lutron Electronics is seeking a Commercial Marketing Leader to join our European team. This role is pivotal in adapting and executing integrated marketing programs that promote Lutron's lighting control, fixtures, and automated window treatment solutions across the UK commercial market.



You will localize global positioning and messaging to resonate with regional audiences, leveraging insights from sales teams, customer feedback, and market research. Your work will drive awareness, engagement, and sales growth through strategic marketing initiatives tailored to the UK's design community, channel partners, and commercial specifiers.


Responsibilities:
Adapt and execute integrated marketing campaigns using insights from sales, customer feedback, and market research. Manage communications with commercial specifiers (e.g., MEPs, lighting designers, architects), and contribute content direction for social media in collaboration with the central communications team. Support and enhance channel programs (e.g., commercial integrators, hospitality integrators) by tailoring global strategies to local needs and identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with sales to identify new market opportunities and support joint marketing efforts with channel partners. Leverage and localize branding and marketing materials developed in the US, ensuring regional relevance. Manage relationships with media partners Lead planning and logistics for Lutron own event as well as trade shows and industry events (e.g., Light + Build, ISE), in coordination with residential marketing counterparts. Monitor market trends and identify gaps in offerings, providing input to product development teams. Manage marketing operations, including budgeting, promotions, sales materials, communications, media, and product launches. Establish KPIs and track campaign performance to optimize marketing ROI. Champion Lutron's values and culture in all activities.

Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0 Proven experience in B2B marketing within a mid-to-large (preferably international) organization. Strong background in cross-functional collaboration (e.g., product, sales, CRM, marcomm, service). Proficiency in digital marketing across paid, earned, and owned media. Experience with sales enablement tools and tactics (e.g., training, brochures, demos). Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and performance. Experience managing agencies and internal creative teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Miro; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
