Commercial Marketing Manager
based in our office in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.

We are looking for a
Commercial Marketing Manager
to join our growing team and work to the following objectives:
Primary Objective:
Increase the volume and quality of inbound leads for both fundraising and retail experiences, using existing data, digital channels, and HubSpot.
Secondary Objective
: Create structure, prioritisation and leadership for the existing junior team. ? ?
Key Responsibilities
Lead generation and planning
Create Sales and Marketing Funnels
Database management
Hubspot processes and usage
Email and lifecycle marketing
Organic growth with the support of our digital agency
Ideal Person
Must have at least 5 years' experience in a Marketing Manager role
Highly organised and methodical with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills -- confident, clear, and professional.
A proactive problem solver who can think on their feet.
Comfortable using CRM systems and quick to adapt to new technology.
Strong working knowledge of Hubspot
A pro-active can-do attitude with the ability to multitask and manage your time and workload effectively to meet tight deadlines
Package & Benefits
Salary: 40k - 50k (depending on experience)
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, office based.
