We are now looking for an organised, proactive and ambitious Operations Support professional to join our Commercial team, helping us deliver reliable and high quality services to commercial clients across the UK.
This is a key role at the heart of a fast-growing team, supporting the Commercial Managing Director and wider team across all aspects of daily operations, from client onboarding and scheduling to reporting and day-to-day coordination.
It is a fast-paced and varied role, where no two days are quite the same. Full training will be provided, so if you have the right mindset and relevant experience, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Support the scheduling and planning of commercial jobs using internal systems
Help onboard new clients and ensure data is kept up to date
Be the point of contact for internal teams and external partners
Provide administrative support across reporting, documentation and project tasks
Support the resolution of client issues quickly and professionally
Assist with fleet, equipment or crew coordination where needed
What We Are Looking For
Experience in operations, logistics, customer service or business support
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure
Confident using digital systems and open to learning new tools
A clear communicator who can build strong working relationships
A team player with great attention to detail and a can do attitude
Scheduling or facilities experience is a bonus but not essential
