Spot, investigate and manage potential fraudulent claims. Investigate and negotiate indemnity and liability, identifying opportunities for recovery. Manage litigated cases, working closely with in-house and panel lawyers. Own and manage risks in line with the Direct Line risk framework. Work within regulatory timescales and guidelines. Keep customer experience at the heart of every decision, following Treating Customers Fairly principles. Contribute to meeting all departmental targets and measures.
