Commercial Property Lawyer

Role Overview

You'll be managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters for a broad client base including businesses, developers, and investors. The workload will include:

Commercial property acquisitions and disposals Lease drafting and negotiation Lease renewals and lease management Property finance and secured lending Development and investment projects Legal support on corporate transactions

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

A minimum of 1 year PQE in commercial property A strong client-facing approach with excellent relationship-building skills Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities A proactive mindset and a high level of professionalism Clear and confident communication skills
