Commercial Property Negotiator
to join our dynamic team and help drive success in our commercial property division.
The Role:
As a
Commercial Property Negotiator
, you will be responsible for managing
sales and lettings of commercial properties
, building strong client relationships, and generating new business opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for the commercial property sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a portfolio of
commercial properties
for sale and lease
Conduct property valuations, market appraisals, and arrange viewings
Negotiate sales and lettings agreements with landlords, tenants, and investors
Proactively generate new business and build strong client relationships
Advise clients on
market trends, rental values, and investment opportunities
Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws and regulations
Assist with property marketing, listings, and promotional activities
Requirements:
Experience in
commercial property sales or lettings
(preferred but not essential)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
A proactive and sales-driven mindset with a passion for business development
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of the commercial property market
Full UK driving license and own transport (if required)
