About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with commercial property experience to join a dynamic legal team working on a diverse range of property transactions. You'll support solicitors and fee earners with legal documentation, administrative tasks, and client care, playing a crucial role in the department's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the preparation and review of commercial property documents and contracts Conducting searches and handling Land Registry applications Drafting simple legal documents, reports, and correspondence Liaising with clients, solicitors, local authorities, and third-party agents Managing case files and maintaining accurate documentation Providing administrative support to the wider Commercial Property team

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working in a commercial property legal team (essential) Practical knowledge of Land Registry procedures A basic understanding of drafting and legal document preparation Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities A proactive, team-player mindset with a keen eye for detail Legal qualification (LPC, law degree or equivalent) is advantageous but not essential
