An award-winning UK law firm is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor (8+ PQE) to join their accomplished and fast-paced team. About the Role

Reporting directly to the Partner and Head of Commercial Property, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting a thriving team. This position offers exposure to a diverse and challenging caseload of complex commercial property transactions, allowing you to showcase your technical expertise and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising on acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, lease arrangements, and disputes Managing funding arrangements and preparing auction contracts to tight deadlines Identifying legal risks and ensuring full regulatory compliance Liaising with other departments including corporate, real estate, and finance for integrated service delivery Building long-term client relationships through quality advice and communication Leading by example, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to a well-structured, efficient team
Candidate Profile:

You'll be a confident and commercially astute solicitor with:

8+ years PQE in commercial property law Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills A proactive, problem-solving mindset The ability to manage multiple transactions with professionalism and calm under pressure
