Their Banbury office is now looking to welcome a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team.The Role:
- Focused purely on Commercial Property work
- Typical matters include acquisitions & disposals, leases, landlord and tenant work, and general commercial real estate advice
- Youxe2x80x99ll handle a mix of your own files (appropriate to your level) while working closely with senior colleagues for more complex matters
- UK-qualified Solicitor with 0-5 years PQE
- Experience in both Residential and Commercial Property considered, if youxe2x80x99re now looking to focus solely on the commercial side
- Confident handling more junior matters independently
- Strong communication and organisational skills essential
