Introduction



We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Property lawyer to join our commercial real estate team. The ideal candidate will have conveyancing experience, preferably advising on commercial property.

Successful candidates will be joining one of Northern Ireland's leading law firms and will work as part of a dynamic and collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious and motivated and is seeking responsibility in a top tier commercial property team, handling a broad range of commercial transactions for an impressive client roster.

There is an attractive remuneration package available, that will be commensurate with the level of experience and responsibility involved.

Roles and Responsibilities



You will have the opportunity to handle a diverse range of commercial property transactions and contribute to the growth of the Commercial Real Estate team. Key responsibilities will include:



- Working on a range of transactional real estate work

- Draft and negotiate commercial leases, contracts, and related documentation.

- Advise clients on landlord and tenant matters, planning, and property finance.

- Conduct due diligence, including title investigations and searches.

- Building client relationships: provide excellent client service and prompt responses and progress updates to the client

- Support the firm and others: build effective relationships with individuals and groups in and across offices; uphold the firm's values; and assist with the preparation of legal precedents, legal articles and business development

Skills and Experience

.

Experience in conveyancing, preferably advising on commercial property matters.. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage a varied caseload. Business development mindset and client-focused approach.

Essential Criteria



Practising Solicitor in Northern Ireland (or ROI, or England and Wales)
1 Years + PQE

Desirable Criteria



Practising certificates in England and Wales and/or ROI is desirable.
