Commercial Property Solicitor
Job Description
HCB Widdows Mason is seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Property Solicitor to join our dynamic property team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial property transactions and provide expert legal advice to our clients in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Advising clients on various aspects of commercial property law, including leases, sales, acquisitions, and development agreements.
Managing a busy caseload and ensuring all matters are handled accurately and efficiently.
Conducting legal research and due diligence to support clients in their transactions.
Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
Providing guidance on compliance with regulations and legislation affecting commercial property.
Supporting the team with business development initiatives and client networking opportunities.
Maintaining accurate records and managing case management systems.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with at NQ - 2years PQE however we are more than happy to speak with someone with more experience. Strong understanding of commercial property transactions and related legal requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents. Experience in developing client relationships and business development activities is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
