The Role

You will manage a broad range of

commercial property matters

, with a particular focus on

landlord and tenant work

. Acting for major international brands--including a

global sports brand

and a

well-known international coffee chain

--you will be involved in high-profile, complex transactions across the UK and internationally.

You will work as part of a dynamic, supportive team that values collaboration, flexibility, and career development.

Key Responsibilities

Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and asset management. Acting for both landlords and tenants on high-value commercial leases. Supporting on large portfolio transactions for household-name clients. Collaborating with Partners on complex deals while managing your own caseload. Building strong relationships with clients and supporting business development initiatives.

What You'll Bring

3+ years' PQE

with experience in commercial property law. Strong background in

landlord and tenant

work. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills. Ambition to work within a leading, forward-thinking international practice.
