We have an opportunity for a Solicitor to join the Commercial Property team.
The Role
The role would suit a Commercial Solicitor 2+PQE with lots of drive and ambition to progress their career. We offer a diverse and high-quality caseload, advising a wide range of clients across the commercial property sector.
The role:
Work on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, asset management and finance. Manage your own transactions while supporting senior team members on larger projects Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues to deliver practical, commercially focused advice Build and maintain strong client relationships across a varied portfolio
The ideal candidate:
Scottish qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in commercial property Strong technical skills and experience managing your own caseload Excellent client care and communication skills Confident working both independently and as part of a team Proactive, motivated and commercially aware

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5 pm with an hour for lunch. This is an office based role but hybrid working may be considered.
