About the Role

You'll provide expert advice on a wide range of commercial matters including:

Business sales and acquisitions Commercial leases and property transactions Contracts and regulatory compliance Advice to SMEs and local enterprises
You'll work closely with clients to deliver clear, strategic legal solutions that protect their interests and support their ambitions.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to meet someone who is:

Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx) Experienced in handling commercial law matters with minimal supervision Skilled at building rapport and trust with clients Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Passionate about making the law more accessible and straightforward for clients
