Commercial Property Solicitor
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced commercial property solicitor with at least two years of PQE to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a growing law firm where you can develop your skills and further your career.
We are particularly keen to recruit a solicitor with an existing following or the ability to generate their own work. The ideal candidate will be bright and hardworking, with excellent technical ability and strong communication skills, and will have plenty of initiative.
You will have direct exposure to a wide variety of clients, such as agents, developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants, and all types of real estate, including offices, retail, leisure, and industrial.
You will provide legal advice and guidance on a range of issues, including property acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, licences, and landlord and tenant matters.
Working within our friendly commercial property team, you will be given a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to manage your own matters and work with the support and guidance you need from other experienced solicitors.
We would also consider applications from solicitors in a hybrid role, combining commercial and residential property work.
The role is based in our centrally located London office at 29 Lincoln's Inn Fields, WC2A 3EG, just a short walk from the Royal Courts of Justice in the heart of the legal district.
Key requirements:
Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2+ years of PQE Technical proficiency in a range of company property matters Excellent communication and client care skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Enthusiastic about bringing in new clients and work Ambitious with a desire for professional development
If successful, you will receive a competitive salary, negotiable depending on your previous experience, with bonus arrangements to be agreed.
