Job Description
Our client is a leading commercial law firm in the Real Estate Sector and is looking for an Solicitor (NQ+ PQE) to join its Commercial Property Team in the Newcastle office.
The successful candidate will have experience in commercial property at a reputable law firm.
This role is a great opportunity for a proactive Solicitor looking to join a team of commercial Property specialists.
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Accurate advice to clients
- Handle initial client contact
- Generate new business
- Supervise junior fee earners
- Advising in relation to Sale, Purchases, Lease agreements and re-financing
The Successful candidate will be a self-starter who is keen to build and create strong relationships with new and existing clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial property Solicitor with NQ+ years of PQE looking to join a leading firm in the sector.
