Job Description

The purpose of this role is to work closely with the Commercial Reporting Manager & Senior Commercial Analyst in a highly strategic and influential EMEA Function to support the delivery of an optimum, consistent Sales, Service and Marketing strategy that enables RS to significantly drive growth and profitability.



Contributing to a framework which standardise where possible Sales, Service and Marketing reporting across EMEA and support end users in their understanding of data and how this can drive decision making.

To make a difference in this role you will need to help the Commercial Reporting Manager in delivering a high level customer experience, ensuring that SLA's are consistently met, that end users understand what has been delivered, to gather requirements that are clear and concise.

What you will be doing:

Support Commercial Reporting Team. Process Monthly, Weekly, Daily data enablement, within commercial area including Digital Marketing, Customer Insight, Sales and Services. Support Digital and Performance Marketing Reporting Requests with guidance from Senior Commercial Analyst. Stakeholders: Senior Management, Marketing, Performance Marketing, CX, Sales Leaders, Marketing, Performance Marketing, Sales end users, Commercial Insights Team. Data Governance responsibility.

Marketing and Sales experience. Data analytics experience. Excellent Problem Solving Skills. Excellent Communication Skills. Experience and Knowledge of the following technical applications: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Power BI, Analysis for Excel.
