Job Summary
The administrator conducts a crucial role in supporting the successful planning, coordination, and execution of retail sales projects. This role requires a combination of administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, warehouse, accounts and production to ensure product delivery.
Assist commercial management in creating and maintaining presentations, reports and ledgering.
Monitor and update inventory levels, and notifying when stock is required.
Maintain accurate records in sales databases.
Assisting with sales events, product launches and sales projects.
Provide general administrative support to the commercial sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Reporting to commercial management.
